How we build our estimates

Each figure on this site is built from publicly available market data — typical operator rate cards, brokerage listings, auction results, and industry reporting — combined into a researched range rather than a single point estimate. We do not receive live pricing feeds from any operator, agent, or dealer, and we clearly mark every page as an estimate rather than a quote.
